USA TOP CABLE ENTERTAINMENT NETWORK

BURN NOTICE & PSYCH Return With New Episodes

NEW YORK, NEW YORK - November 16, 2010 - USA was the most watched entertainment network in cable prime this week, delivering more P25-54 (1.14 million, +18% over #2 TBS), total viewers (2.69 million, +2% over #2 Disney Channel), and households (2.02 million, +3% over #2 Disney Channel) than its nearest competitor as well as earning the top earning the top household coverage rating in basic cable prime entertainment (2.02, +0.04 over #2 Disney Channel). USA was the only entertainment network to deliver over 1 million in P25-54 or 2 million households in basic cable prime.

USA placed three of the top ten P25-54 and P18-49 entertainment telecasts in basic cable prime this week, more than any other network, with the mid-season premiere of BURN NOTICE and WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW.

· The mid-season premiere of BURN NOTICE, the first 4th Quarter appearance by the show, was the #1 entertainment telecast in cable prime Thursday night and was the only drama to place in the night's top ten telecasts among P25-54 (1.92 million), P18-49 (1.98 million), P18-34 (1.09 million), total viewers (4.32 million), and households (3.01 million). No other entertainment telecast on cable delivered over 1.5 million in P25-54, 1.5 million in P18-49, 1 million in P18-34, 4 million total viewers, or 3 million households Thursday night.

· BURN NOTICE delivered more P18-34 this week than new episodes of Hawaii 5-0, No Ordinary Family, Lie To Me, and Fringe. Nothing on ABC or FOX Thursday night could deliver more M18-34 than BURN NOTICE and the only thing on CBS's schedule that night to beat BURN NOTICE in this demo was Big Bang Theory. Among sports-free networks in this timeslot, USA was the top network among M18-34, coming in second only to CBS among M18-49 and total males.

· PSYCH made a splash with its first 4th Quarter premiere as the top scripted hour Wednesday night in basic cable prime among P25-54 (1.21 million), P18-49 (1.36 million), P18-34 (777,000). No competitor aired a scripted hour to more total viewers (2.79 million) or households (2.09 million). PSYCH delivered more P18-34 this week than new episodes of CSI NY and Detroit 187.

· WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW was the #1 entertainment show on cable Monday night among P25-54 (2.11 million), P18-49 (2.08 million), total viewers (4.51 million), and households (3.10 million).
