OWN: OPRAH WINFREY NETWORK POSTS SECOND CONSECUTIVE MONTH OF GROWTH VERSUS YEAR AGO DISCOVERY HEALTH NUMBERS
SUNDAY NIGHT ORIGINAL SERIES 'SEASON 25: OPRAH BEHIND THE SCENES' AND 'THE JUDDS' POST THIRD CONSECUTIVE WEEK OF DOUBLE DIGIT GROWTH ACROSS ALL KEY DEMOS VERSUS YEAR AGO
For the second consecutive month, OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network has grown across all key demos versus Discovery Health numbers (April '11 versus April '10: +11% W25-54 / +12% HH / +7% P2+).
In addition, the network posted double digit growth for its Sunday night original series across all key demos for the third consecutive week. "Season 25: Oprah Behind the Scenes" and "The Judds" grew versus year ago numbers (+84% W25-54, +64% HH, +55% P2+).
"Season 25: Oprah Behind the Scenes" (Sundays at 8 p.m. ET) ranked #13 among 88 ad-supported cable networks in its time slot and posted its third consecutive week of triple digit growth in the key female demo versus year ago numbers (+114% W25-54).
In its third week, "The Judds" (Sundays at 10 p.m. ET) ranked #18 among 88 ad-supported cable networks in its time slot and earned triple digit growth in the key female demo for the third consecutive week versus year ago numbers (+100% W25-54).
