Disney Channel: Weekly Highlights

During the week of September 5, Disney Channel ranked as TV's No. 1 network for the 13th consecutive week in Total Day among both Kids 6-11 (652,000/2.7 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (512,000/2.1 rating), marking the network's longest streak at No. 1 on a weekly basis in Kids 6-11 and its 2nd longest streak in Tweens 9-14.

· For the week, Disney Channel surpassed Nickelodeon by 17% in Kids 6-11 (652,000 vs. 557,000) and by 23% in Tweens 9-14 (512,000 vs. 415,000), the network's second-biggest advantage during the win streak, and the 12th time in the previous 13 weeks the advantage over Nickelodeon was in the double-digit range in the tween demo.

· In Prime, Disney Channel netted its 330th consecutive weekly win in Kids 6-11 (1.2 million/4.9 rating), representing well over 6 years of dominance. In Tweens 9-14 (927,000/3.9 rating), the network was No. 1 for the 65th consecutive week, and for the 327th time in the previous 330 weeks overall.

· In Total Viewers, Disney Channel ranked as cable's No. 2 network in Total Viewers in both Total Day (1.7 million) and Prime (2.7 million) for the 15th straight week.

· On Friday, "Phineas and Ferb" delivered its No. 1 telecast on record in Kids 6-11 (2.1 million/8.7 rating - tie) and Boys 6-11 (1.1 million/8.9 rating), and was the series' most-watched regular telecast of all time in Total Viewers (4.6 million). Notably, the "Phineas and Ferb" franchise accounts for the Top 3 animated Prime TV telecasts in Kids 6-11 in 2011 to date:
