E! Scores Highest-Rated and Most-Watched Week in the Network's History

The week of October 10th - October 16th was E!'s highest-rated and most-watched week in the network's history, averaging a .46 HHLD rating and more than half a million Total Viewers (530,000) for Total Day, between +30% and +40% better than E!'s 2011 year to date average driven by Part 2 of Kim's Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event and solid subsequent encores of the four-hour wedding event, as well as strong performances from topicals E! News and Chelsea Lately. The week also claimed E!'s highest-rated and most-watched week across key measures including Adults 18-34 (.40/226K) as well as Women 18-34 (.65/181K) and Women 18-49 (.49/265K).

Part 2 of Kim's Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event averaged a 3.08 HHLD rating on 10/10/11 from 9pm-11pm, attracting more than 6 times the number of viewers compared to the network's Primetime norm. The more than 2.7 million A18-49 viewers of the wedding propelled Monday October 10th to E!'s highest-rated and most-watched weekday ever in nearly all key measures. Encores of the four-hour wedding event performed well throughout the week, also leading to Tuesday October 11th as the highest-rated and most-watched Tuesday ever for the network among most key demos.

Following Part 2 of the wedding, Chelsea Lately at 11pm, featuring an interview with E! personalities Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett, delivered its highest rated and most-watched telecast ever with a 1.47 HHLD rating and nearly 1.8 million Total Viewers and also matched its highest rated telecast among Women 18-49 (1.81). Chelsea Lately was also able to claim its highest rated week for 2011, averaging a .79 HHLD rating for its 11pm time period for the week of October 10th.

Furthermore, E! News at 7pm averaged a .60 HHLD rating, its best week in over seven weeks since the week of 8/22/11, which featured the actual day of Kim Kardashian's wedding.
