ABC Late-Night (Monday - Friday)

With its lineup of "Nightline" and "Jimmy Kimmel Live" during the week of February 13, 2012, ABC was up for the 2nd consecutive week in both Total Viewers (+5% - 2.373 million vs. 2.252 million) and Adults 18-49 (+2% - 808,000 vs. 790,000) to deliver its 2nd-strongest performance in late-night since November in both viewers and young adults - since the weeks of 11/21/11 and 11/28/11, respectively.

ABC also grew over the same week last year by 14% in Total Viewers and by 3% in Adults 18-49 (2.090 million and 782,000 on w/o 2/14/11) to qualify as the only broadcaster in late-night to post gains over the prior week or the year-ago week in either Nielsen measure.

· ABC outperformed NBC during the week in late-night in both Total Viewers (+2% - 2.373 million vs. 2.334 million) and in Adults 18-49 (+3% - 808,000 vs. 784,000).

"Nightline" (Monday - Friday)

For the week of February 13, 2012, ABC's "Nightline" stood as the No. 1 program in late-night across all key target demos: Total Viewers (4.035 million), Adults 25-54 (1.633 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.204 million), according to Nielsen Media Research. In fact, "Nightline" has taken the top spot in 4 of the past 5 weeks in the key adult demos. In addition, the ABC late-night program hit 4-week highs across all 3 measures - best since w/o 1/16/12.

"Nightline" improved on the same week last year in Total Viewers (+13%), Adults 25-54 (+8%) and Adults 18-49 (+7%), standing as the only program to grow year to year versus NBC's "The Tonight Show" (-1%, -12% and -14%, respectively) and CBS' "The Late Show" (-9%, -13% and -9%, respectively).

Season to date, "Nightline" ranks No. 1 in late-night among Total Viewers, Adults 25-54 and Adults 18-49, ahead of both NBC's "The Tonight Show" and CBS' "The Late Show." This marks the 2nd straight year that the ABC program is taking the top spot in overall viewers and in the key adult news demo.

"Jimmy Kimmel Live" (Monday - Friday)

During the week of February 13, 2012, ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" was up over the prior week by 4% in Total Viewers (1.768 million vs. 1.705 million) to attract its biggest audience in 12 weeks - since the week of 11/21/11. In addition, "JKL" also grew its overall audience by 13% over the same week last year (1.570 million on w/o 2/14/11). In fact, "JKL" was the only late-night broadcast talk show to post gains week to week or year to year in Total Viewers.

· ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" (M-F 12:00 a.m.) outperformed CBS' "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson (M-F 12:35 a.m.) by double-digit margins in both Total Viewers (+17% - 1.768 million vs. 1.506 million) and Adults 18-49 (+15% - 665,000 vs. 580,000), marking the 17th time in the 22 weeks of the season for the ABC late-night program to beat the CBS program in both Nielsen measures. Further, "JKL" has drawn a larger overall audience than "Ferguson" in 21 of 22 weeks this season.

· ABC's "JKL" also outdrew NBC's "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (M-F 12:35 a.m.) in Total Viewers (1.768 million vs. 1.745 million).

· Season to date (22 weeks), "JKL" is building its overall audience through the same weeks last year by 3% in Total Viewers (1.770 million vs. 1.714 million), growing the most year to year of any late-night broadcast talk show.
