In 2Q 2012, powered by the quarter's top TV series "Phineas and Ferb," "Shake It Up" and "Jessie," series highs for "Good Luck Charlie" and the premiere of the year's #1 TV movie across target kids "Let It Shine," Disney Chanel ranked as the #1 TV network in Total Day for the 2nd consecutive quarter in Kids 2-11 (902,000/2.2 rating), for the 5th consecutive quarter in Kids 6-11 (594,000/2.4 rating) and for the 13th straight quarter in Tweens 9-14 (500,000/2.1 rating), and delivered its closest competitive finish to Nickelodeon for cable TV's #1 ranking in Total Viewers (1.59 million vs. 1.62 million) in the network's history.

Disney Channel delivered its largest competitive advantage ever over runner-up Nickelodeon, surpassing the #2 TV network by 5% in Kids 2-11 (902,000 vs. 861,000), by 31% in Kids 6-11 (594,000 vs. 454,000) and by 44% in Tweens 9-14 (500,000 vs. 347,000). Moreover, this marked Disney Channel's 4th quarter in a row topping Nickelodeon by double-digit percent margins in Kids 6-11 and Tweens 9-14.

Also impressive, Disney Channel closed out 2Q12 ranking as the #1 cable TV network in Total Day in June 2012 in Total Viewers (1.84 million), as the #1 TV network on a monthly basis for more than 1 full year in Kids 6-11 (740,000/3.0 rating - 14 consecutive months) and for more than 2 full years in Tweens 9-14 (627,000/2.6 rating - 26 consecutive months).

· This past Sunday's 'Special Delivery' episode of "Good Luck Charlie" (6/24/12, 8:00 - 9:00 p.m.) garnered across-the-board series highs, ranking as the #1 TV telecast of 2Q 12 in Kids 2-11 (3.8 million/9.3 rating), Kids 6-11 (3.3 million/13.3 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (3.1 million/13.0 rating).

· The premiere of Disney Channel Original Movie "Let It Shine" (6/15/12, 8:00 - 9:55 p.m.) was easily the quarter's #1 TV movie across target kids and become the #1 TV movie of 2012 to date in Kids 2-11 (3.0 million/7.4 rating), Kids 6-11 (2.6 million/10.6 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (2.3 million/9.4 rating).

· In Prime, Disney Channel's dominance as TV's #1 network extended to 32 consecutive quarters in Kids 6-11 (1.06 million/4.3 rating) and to 55 straight quarters in Tweens 9-14 (863,000/3.6 rating). On a monthly basis, the network's streak extended to 88 straight months in Kids 6-11 and to 83 straight months in Tweens 9-14.
