FOX Weekly Ratings - "Teen Choice Awards" Tops Week Among Teens

NATIONAL NIELSEN RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF JULY 16 - 22, 2012

TEEN CHOICE AWARDS TOPS WEEK AMONG TEENS

FOX won Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night last week among Adults 18-49 with week-over-week gains by MASTERCHEF and HELL'S KITCHEN, as well as a strong performance by SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE. In addition, Sunday's 2012 TEEN CHOICE AWARDS was the week's highest-rated program on broadcast television among Teens. Summer to date, FOX ranks a close No. 2 with a 1.6/5 among Adults 18-49, only one tenth behind the No.1 network.

Overall, last week FOX had:

· 5 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: HELL'S KITCHEN- MON (No. 3 tie), MASTERCHEF- MON (No. 3 tie), HELL'S KITCHEN- TUE (No. 6 tie), MASTERCHEF- TUE (No. 6 tie) and SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE (No. 15).

FOX won Monday night in Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34, Adults 25-54 and Teens. FOX beat No. 2 ABC for the night by +44% in Adults 18-49 (2.6/8 vs. 1.8/5) and +57% in Adults 18-34 (2.2/7 vs. 1.4/5). FOX has ranked No.1 for six out of the last seven Mondays and achieved its highest Monday so far this summer in Total Viewers (6.3 Mil.)

HELL'S KITCHEN and MASTERCHEF tied as the highest rated programs of the night in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Adults 25-54.

HELL'S KITCHEN at 8pm delivered a 2.6/8, up +4% from last week in Adults 18-49 (7/9/12, 2.5/8) and +5% in Total Viewers (6.3 vs. 6.0 Mil.) This was HELL'S KITCHEN's highest-rated delivery this summer (both Monday and Tuesday) in Adults 18-34 (tie) and Total Viewers and second highest-rated delivery in Adults 18-49.

At 9pm MASTERCHEF posted a 2.6/7, up +4% from last week in Adults 18-49 and +7% in Total Viewers (6.3 vs. 5.9 Mil.) MASTERCHEF posted its second highest Total Viewers rating ever (behind last summer's finale on 8/16/11). MASTERCHEF also posted its highest-rated Adults 18-34 (tie) and Adults 25-54 (tie) and second highest-rated Adults 18-49 deliveries this summer (both Monday and Tuesday).

TUESDAY

8:00-9:00 HELL'S KITCHEN: (Adults 18-49: 2.5/8, 6.0 Mil Total Viewers)

9:00-10:00 MASTERCHEF: (Adults 18-49: 2.5/7, 6.2 Mil Total Viewers)

8:00-10:00 FOX PRIME: (Adults 18-49: 2.5/8, 6.1 Mil Total Viewers)

FOX won the night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34, outperforming its nearest competitor for the night, NBC, by +14% (2.5 vs. 2.2) and +38% (2.2 vs. 1.6), respectively. In fact, FOX delivered the highest rated Tuesday night so far this summer on any network with entertainment programming in Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34. FOX ranked No. 1 for its fourth consecutive Tuesday.

MASTERCHEF and HELL'S KITCHEN were the No. 1 and No. 2 programs of the night in Adults 18-34 and tied NBC's America's Got Talent as highest rated program of the night in Men 18-49.

HELL'S KITCHEN delivered a 2.5/8, up +25% from two weeks ago, posting its highest rated Tuesday telecast so far this summer among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34, Adults 25-54 and Teens. HELL'S KITCHEN ranked No. 1 its 8pm hour in Adults 18-49 (tie) and Adults 18-34.

MASTERCHEF posted a 2.5/7, up +25% from two weeks ago (7/3/12, 2.0/7), drawing its highest rated Tuesday telecast so far this summer in Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34, Adults 25-54 and Teens.

WEDNESDAY

8:00-10:00 SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE: (A18 49: 1.8/6, 5.1 Mil Total Viewers)

FOX won Wednesday night in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Adults 25-54 and Teens. FOX outperformed the No. 2 networks for the night by +29% in Adults 18-49 (1.8 vs. both NBC and CBS' 1.4) and +60% in Adults 18-34 (1.6 vs. 1.0 for NBC). FOX has ranked No. 1 for 16 out of the 20 nights that HELL'S KITCHEN, MASTERCHEF or SYTYCD has aired this summer. In Adults 18-34, FOX has ranked No. 1 every night SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE has aired.

SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE posted a 1.8/6 among Adults 18-49. SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE was the highest rated program of the night in Adults 18-34.
