Disney Channel: Total Day and Prime Highlights

With only three weeks remaining in 3Q 2012, Disney Channel is pacing as the #1 cable TV network on a Total Day basis for the first time in the network's history in Total Viewers (1.92 million) and will rank as the #1 TV network for the 3rd straight quarter in Kids 2-11 (1.10 million/2.7 rating), 6th in Kids 6-11 (794,000/3.3 rating) and 14th in Tweens 9-14 (666,000/2.8 rating).

The 1-hour "Shake It Up: Made in Japan" event will rank as 3Q's #1 TV telecast in Kids 2-11 (3.23 million/7.8 rating), Kids 6-11 (2.75 million/11.2 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (2.50 million/10.2 rating).

· Closing out Summer 2012 on a 12-week win-streak, Disney Channel's lead over #2 network Nickelodeon is an impressive +12% in Total Viewers (1.92 million vs. 1.71 million) and + +23% in Kids 2-11 (1.11 million vs. 898,000); Advantage is +41% in Kids 6-11 (794,000 vs. 563,000) and +52% in Tweens 9-14 (666,000 vs. 440,000).

For the week of September 3, 2012, Disney Channel grew its record-streak as the #1 TV network to 65 consecutive weeks in Kids 6-11 (560,000/2.4 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (481,000/2.0 rating), surpassing Nickelodeon by double-digit percentages for the 44th and 46th straight weeks, respectively, in the target demographics.

· In Prime, Disney Channel was the #1 cable TV network for over 7 years in Kids 6-11 (966,000/4.1 rating - 381 weeks), and for over 2 consecutive years in Tweens 9-14 (819,000/3.4 rating - 116 weeks).
