The LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN notches its largest weekly audience since May, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Sept. 21.
The LATE SHOW posted a 2.1/05 with 2.89m viewers, 0.9/03 in adults 25-54, 0.6/03 in adults 18-49 and 0.4/02 in adults 18-34. The LATE SHOW posted its best households and viewer deliveries since the week ending May 18, 2012, its best adults 25-54 rating since the week ending June 29, 2012 and its best adults 18-34 rating since the week ending June 22, 2012. Note: Friday's broadcast was a rerun.
Tuesday's (Sept. 18) broadcast with President Barack Obama delivered a 3.7/09 with 5.14m viewers, 1.5/06 in adults 25-54, 1.1/05 in adults 18-49 and 0.8/04 in adults 18-34. This marks the LATE SHOW's best single-day delivery in households and viewers since Feb. 11, 2010, in adults 25-54 since Dec. 8, 2011, in adults 18-49 since Feb. 20, 2012 and in adults 18-34 since March 21, 2011.
