Ratings Report, 2012 November Sweep (National Live + Same Day Program Ratings)

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is the No. 2 Syndie Talk Show in November 2012

"LIVE" Achieves its Best November Sweep Ratings in Key Women Since 2007

Season to Date, "LIVE" Delivers Growth in Key Women Over the Same Point Last Year, Marking its Strongest Numbers in 5 Years

"LIVE" Moves up the Chart to Rank as the Season's No. 2 Syndicated Talker

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" National Ratings

During the 2012 November Sweep, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show in both Households (2.7 rating) and Total Viewers (3.485 million), beating "Ellen" in both Nielsen measures (2.6 rating and 3.463 million) despite the fact that "LIVE" airs in an early time period with lower overall HUT levels.

· "LIVE" was up 13% in Women 18-34 (0.9 vs. 0.8) over the year-ago November Sweep, which included the high-rated final week of Regis Philbin as host and the first 3 days of Kelly as a first time solo host, while retaining 100% of its Women 18-49 rating (1.3). In fact, "LIVE" tied its best numbers for the month in both Women demos in 5 years - since 2007.

· In addition to posting gains over last year's big November Sweep in Women 18-34 and holding even in Women 18-49, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew over its 2-year-ago November 2010 delivery by 8% in Homes and 6% in Total Viewers and secured strong double-digit gains across all key Women: W18-34 +29%, W18-49 +18% and W25-54 +14%.

· On average for the 2012-13 season to date (11 weeks), "LIVE" is up over the comparable weeks last season by 14% in Women 18-34 (0.8 vs. 0.7) and by 9% in Women 18-49 (1.2 vs. 1.1), while holding all of its year-ago average in Women 25-54 (1.6) to match its biggest numbers through this point in a season in 5 years - since the 2007-08 season. The year-to-year growth for "LIVE" again becomes even more noteworthy considering its year-ago average includes the highly promoted and high rated weeks leading up to the departure of Regis last November.

· Ranked against all syndicated talkers season to date, "LIVE" is now the No. 2 talk show to "Dr. Phil" in Total Viewers (3.485 million vs. 4.303 million), moving up from the No. 3 position at the same point last season. "LIVE's" No. 2 rank this season becomes even more impressive considering the show airs in an earlier time period with lower overall TV usage.

Emmy Award-winning talk show "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is distributed in national syndication by Disney-ABC Domestic Television. Produced by WABC-TV in New York and executive-produced by Michael Gelman, "LIVE" airs in more than 200 markets across the U.S. Visit "LIVE" on the web at LIVEKellyandMichael.com, on Facebook, or follow "LIVE" on Twitter, @KellyandMichael.
