FOX FINISHED OCTOBER AS THE ONLY NETWORK UP VERSUS LAST SEASON

WORLD SERIES HITS GRAND SLAM FOR FOX; 2013 MLB WORLD SERIES UP +17% VERSUS LAST YEAR

FOX Ranks No. 1 for the Week Among Adults 18-34 and Teens (tie)

Last week, the 2013 MLB WORLD SERIES Games 5 and 6 hit a home run for FOX and led the network to rank No. 1 for the week among Adults 18-34 and Teens (tie) and No. 2 among Adults 18-49. FOX is the *only* network to be up year-over-year in the core Adults 18-49 demo including +4% among Adults 18-49 and up +9% in Total Viewers (8.1 Mil vs. 7.4 Mil) versus last season.

On Monday and Wednesday, FOX placed No. 1 among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers and key male demos with the WORLD SERIES GAMES 5 and 6: BOSTON V. ST. LOUIS. The six-game 2013 MLB WORLD SERIES was up +17% among Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers versus last year's World Series. The 2013 MLB WORLD SERIES also posted impressive double-digit increases across key male and adults demographics over 2012, including Men 18-34 (+18%, 4.7 vs. 4.0); Men 18-49 (+13%, 5.3 vs. 4.7); and Adults 18-34 (+16%, 3.7 vs. 3.2).

FOX had:

· 4 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: FOX MLB WORLD SERIES GAME 6 (No. 2), FOX MLB WORLD SERIES GAME 5 (No. 4), FAMILY GUY (No. 16) and THE SIMPSONS (No. 18).

· 6 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-34: FOX MLB WORLD SERIES GAME 6 (No. 2), FOX MLB WORLD SERIES GAME 5 (No. 3), FAMILY GUY (No. 5), THE SIMPSONS (No. 8), AMERICAN DAD (No. 10) and BOB'S BURGERS (No. 16).

· 7 of the Top 20 programs among Teens: FOX MLB WORLD SERIES GAME 6 (No. 2), THE SIMPSONS (No. 4), FOX MLB WORLD SERIES GAME 5 (No. 7 tie), FAMILY GUY (No. 7 tie), THE SIMPSONS 7:30p Encore (No. 10), BOB'S BURGERS (No. 11) and AMERICAN DAD (No. 14).

Program and Nightly Highlights

Monday: Among Adults 18-49, FOX ranked No. 1 in Monday broadcast prime as the Boston Red Sox took a 3-2 game lead over the St. Louis Cardinals in GAME 5 OF THE 2013 WORLD SERIES (4.1/11, 8:02-11:01p). THE WORLD SERIES GAME 5 was the second highest rated broadcast program of the night in Adults 18-49 behind NBC's The Voice (4.3/11).

Tuesday: FOX was the No. 3 network of the night in Adults 18-49. Competing head to head against The Voice for the first time this season in the 9p hour, the Tuesday night live special of THE X FACTOR delivered a 1.5/4 in Adults 18-49 from 8-10:05p.

Wednesday: FOX placed No. 1 on Wednesday in Adults 18-49 among the 7 broadcast networks for the second week in a row this season with the concluding GAME 6 OF THE 2013 WORLD SERIES. The opportunity to see the Boston Red Sox win a World Series at home for the first time in nearly a century drew a 5.7/16 (8:03-11:30p), making it the highest rated game of the 2013 Series.

Thursday: FOX was the No. 5 (tie) network of the night in Adults 18-49. THE X FACTOR delivered a 0.8/3 in Adults 18-49 at 8p, while a repeat GLEE did a 0.6/2 at 9p.

Friday: FOX ranked No. 5 among Adults 18-49 in Friday prime. At 8p, MASTERCHEF JUNIOR delivered a 1.3/5 in Adults 18-49. At 9p, a repeat of SLEEPY HOLLOW posted a 0.5/2 in Adults 18-49.

Saturday: FOX placed No. 4 among Adults 18-49 with Oklahoma defeating Texas Tech in COLLEGE FOOTBALL (0.6/2, 8-10:54p) on Saturday.

Sunday: With the first original animation line-up since October 6th, FOX ranked No. 3 in Sunday prime among Adults 18-49. Repeats of BOB'S BURGERS (0.8/2) and THE SIMPSONS (1.4/4) aired from 7-8p, followed by originals of THE SIMPSONS (2.4/6), BOB'S BURGERS (1.8/4), FAMILY GUY (2.5/6), and AMERICAN DAD (1.9/5) from 8-10p. FAMILY GUY was the highest-rated scripted broadcast program of the night in Adults 18-49.
