"LIVE" Scores its Best Ratings in Homes and Women 25-54 in Nearly 2 Years and Attracts its Biggest Audience since December 2011

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" Scores its Top-Rated Halloween Show in 6 Years in Households and Women 25-54 and in 7 Years in Viewers

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" (w/o 10/28/13):

During the week of October 28, 2013, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" stood within 1-tenth of a rating point with "Dr. Phil" in Households (3.0 rating vs. 3.1 rating) and ran neck-and-neck in Total Viewers (3.972 million vs. 4.041 million) as the No. 1 syndicated talk show, despite "LIVE's" early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels. "LIVE" beat "Dr. Phil by 6% in Women 25-54 (1.8 rating vs. 1.7 rating) to rank No. 2 for the week.

· Hitting season highs, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" shot up by double-digits in Households (+15% - 3.0 rating vs. 2.6 rating) and Women 25-54 (+13% - 1.8 rating vs. 1.6 rating) to deliver its best performance in nearly 2 years - since w/o 11/21/11 (which was Kelly's first week as a solo host). In addition, "LIVE" soared over the prior week by 15% in Total Viewers (3.972 million vs. 3.450 million) to draw its biggest overall audience since December 2011 - since w/o 12/19/11.

· Posting solid double-digit gains, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew over the year-ago week (10/29/12) for the 8th week in a row in Homes (+15%) and Total Viewers (+14%) and for the 6th time in 8 weeks in Women 25-54 (+20%).

· Marking new season highs, Thursday's Halloween show (on 10/31/13) was "LIVE's" highest-rated telecast on any day in Households (3.5 rating) and Total Viewers (4.730 million) since November 2011 and in Women 25-54 (2.0 rating) since December 2012 - since 11/21/11, 11/18/11 and 12/31/12, respectively. In addition, Thursday's telecast was "LIVE's" top-rated Halloween show in 6 years in Homes and Women 25-54 and its most-watched in 7 years - since 2007 and 2006, respectively.
