FOX RANKS NO. 2 FOR WEEK IN ADULTS 18-49, ADULTS 18-34 AND TEENS

Network Ranks No. 1 with Entertainment Programming

FOX's week was highlighted by strong performances by AMERICAN IDOL XIII, ALMOST HUMAN, THE FOLLOWING, DADS, NEW GIRL and BROOKLYN NINE-NINE. FOX ranked No. 2 for the week among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens, but was No. 1 for the week among these demos with entertainment programming.

Overall, FOX had:

· 4 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: AMERICAN IDOL Wed. (No. 8), AMERICAN IDOL Thurs. (No. 9), THE FOLLOWING (No. 14) and ALMOST HUMAN (No. 15).

· 7 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-34: AMERICAN IDOL Wed. (No. 8), AMERICAN IDOL Thurs. (No. 10), NEW GIRL (No. 12), THE FOLLOWING (No. 13), BROOKLYN NINE-NINE (No. 16 tie), FAMILY GUY ENCORE (No. 16 tie) and ALMOST HUMAN (No. 16 tie).

· 7 of the Top 20 programs among Teens: AMERICAN IDOL Wed. (No. 7), AMERICAN IDOL Thurs. (No. 9), ALMOST HUMAN (No. 14 tie), NEW GIRL (No. 14 tie), FAMILY GUY ENCORE (No. 19 tie), SIMPSONS ENCORE (No. 19 tie) and BROOKLYN NINE-NINE (No. 19 tie).

· 2 of the Top 20 programs among Total Viewers: AMERICAN IDOL Wed. (No. 9) and AMERICAN IDOL Thurs. (No. 11).

Program and Nightly Highlights

Monday: FOX ranked No. 3 in broadcast prime among Adults 18-49 with ALMOST HUMAN (1.6/4) and THE FOLLOWING (1.7/4). At 8p, ALMOST HUMAN delivered a 1.6/4 in Adults 18-49. THE FOLLOWING posted a 1.9/5 in Adults 18-49 at 9p. Against the Olympics, all of Monday night's 4-Net originals were down from their performances the week prior.

Tuesday: FOX ranked No. 3 in prime among Adults 18-49 (1.2/3). DADS aired at 8p (1.1/3), followed by a DADS special at 8:30p (1.0/3), NEW GIRL at 9p (1.3/4), and BROOKLYN NINE-NINE at 9:30p (1.2/3).

Wednesday: Against the Olympics, FOX (3.4/10) was the No. 2 broadcast prime net among Adults 18-49. Featuring the third night of the Hollywood round, AMERICAN IDOL-Wed. posted a 3.4/10 in Adults 18-49.

Thursday: Competing against the Olympics, FOX (2.0/6) was the No. 2 broadcast prime net among Adults 18-49. Featuring Day 4 of Hollywood round, AMERICAN IDOL-Thu posted a 3.0/9 in Adults 18-49. With its fourth telecast, RAKE (1.1/3) matched its performance the prior week (1.1/3).

Friday: FOX ranked No. 5 in prime with its full line-up in encores (0.6/2). An encore BONES posted a 0.8/3 from 8-9p, followed by encores of ENLISTED (0.6/2) and RAISING HOPE (0.5/2).

Saturday: Encore episodes of RAKE (0.3/1) and THE FOLLOWING (0.2/1) aired from 8-10p on Saturday. FOX ranked No. 6 in prime, down one-tenth week to week (vs. 0.3/1).

Sunday: FOX (1.0/3) ranked No. 2 among the broadcast nets in Sunday prime among Adults 18-49 with its second week in a row of encores animated comedies. From 7-10p: BOB'S BURGERS (R) delivered a 0.6/2, AMERICAN DAD (R) posted a 0.8/2, THE SIMPSONS (R) delivered a 1.1/3, followed by BOB'S BURGERS (R) at 8:30p (1.1/3), FAMILY GUY (R) (1.2/3) and AMERICAN DAD (R) (1.0/2).
