CBS EXTENDS ITS VIEWER WINNING STREAK TO NINE CONSECUTIVE WEEKS

Network is Also First in Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54

CBS is First in Viewers, Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54 In the Nine Weeks Since the Academy Awards

CBS Has Six of the Week's Top 10 Programs in Viewers and Four of Top 10 in Adults 18-49

"NCIS" Tops in Viewers; "The Big Bang Theory" Leads in Adults 18-49

CBS placed first in viewers for the ninth consecutive week (every week since the Academy Awards), first in adults 25-54 for the eighth time in nine weeks and first in adults 18-49 for the sixth time in nine weeks, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending May 4, Week 32 of the 2013-2014 television season.

CBS is first in adults 18-49 (2.2), adults 25-54 (3.0) and viewers (10.19m) in the nine weeks since the Academy Awards (March 3-May 5). Among adults 18-49, CBS is +5% ahead of ABC (2.1), +16% ahead of NBC (1.9) and +29% ahead of FOX (1.7).

Among viewers, CBS had six of the top 10 and 13 of the top 20 programs of the week, with NCIS as the week's most-watched program.

Among adults 18-49, CBS led all of the other networks with four of the top 10 and nine of the top 20 programs of the week, led by #1 THE BIG BANG THEORY.

CBS Weekly Highlights:

NCIS

· NCIS was first in viewers (17.25m), tied for first in adults 25-54 (3.8/10) and second in adults 18-49 (2.5/08, -0.2 behind NBC). NCIS finished in its closest competitive position against "The Voice" in adults 18-49 since the NBC program moved to 8:00 PM. Compared to the last first-run episode (on April 15), NCIS was up +2% in households (from 10.8/18), +9% in adults 25-54 (from 3.5/10), +14% in adults 18-49 (from 2.2/07) and added +130,000 viewers (from 17.12m, +1%).

SURVIVOR

· SURVIVOR was first in viewers (9.70m), adults 25-54 (3.1/09) and adults 18-49 (2.3/07). SURVIVOR was up even in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-49, and added +270,000 viewers (from 9.43m, +3%) compared to last week. SURVIVOR topped "American Idol Wednesday" in their common hour for the sixth straight week in viewers and the eighth consecutive week in key demos.

THE BIG BANG THEORY

· THE BIG BANG THEORY (8:00-8:31 PM) was first in viewers (16.07m), adults 25-54 (6.2/19) and adults 18-49 (4.5/16). Compared to last week, THE BIG BANG THEORY was up +5% in adults 25-54 (from 5.9/18) and was even in adults 18-49.

BLUE BLOODS

· BLUE BLOODS (10:00-11:00 PM) was first in viewers (11.59m) and second in both adults 25-54 (2.3/07, -0.1 behind ABC) and adults 18-49 (1.5/05, -0.2 behind ABC). Compared to last week, BLUE BLOODS was up +5% in adults 25-54 (from 2.2/06), +7% in adults 18-49 (from 1.4/04) and added +540,000 viewers (from 11.05m, +5%).
