ID and American Heroes Channel 2014 Year End Preliminary Ratings

INVESTIGATION DISCOVERY

· 2014 is trending to be ID's best year ever in Prime delivery among all key demos, including P2+ (783k) and HH (662k), as well as in Total Day (6a-6a) delivery among P2+ (619k) and HH (547k).

· In 2014, ID experienced double digit increases in Prime delivery among key demos, including: P2+ (+13%), HH (+13%), P25-54 (+13%) and W25-54 (+11%).

· ID is set to close out 2014 as a top 5 ad-supported cable network among W25-54 in Total Day delivery (#5) and Prime/Late delivery (#4). In Prime, ID is the #15 ad-supported cable network for delivery of W25-54, and the #18 network for P25-54.

· Since the beginning of 2011, 76 ID series have achieved a 1.0 HH rating in Total Day with the addition of the new series, Murder Book joining the ranks in December 2014.

Other key programming highlights in 2014 include:

· The premiere of Obsession: Dark Desires on Tue 1/28/14 at 10p broke the record for ID's best Primetime telecast ever for P2+ (1.474 million) delivery.

· The premiere of On the Case with Paula Zahn on Sun 2/23/14 at 10p was ID's best Primetime telecast ever for HH (1.215 million) delivery.

· ID is set to close out 2014 as #1 in both Total Day (48 min. P25-54, 52 min. W25-54) and Prime* (30 min. P25-54, 33 min. W25-54) for Length of Tune in all of television. In 2014, ID's Length of Tune in Total Day for P25-54 was 98% higher than the average for all of television and 88% higher among W25-54. ID has been #1 in Total Day P25-54 and W25-54 Length of Tune in all of television for three years.

AMERICAN HEROES CHANNEL (AHC)

· Having transitioned from the Military Channel to American Heroes Channel (AHC) in March, 2014 is trending to be the network's best year ever in Prime delivery among and P2+ (221k) and HH (181k), as well as in Total Day (6a-6a) among P2+ (148k) and HH (128k).

· In 2014, AHC is the #5 fastest-growing ad-supported cable network in Total Day delivery among P25-54.

· Closing out 2014, AHC has demonstrated 22 consecutive months of year-over-year Total Day delivery gains among P2+ and HH; while demonstrating 14 consecutive months of year-over-year Prime delivery gains among HH.

· The original series Gunslingers is AHC's #1 original series ever in Prime delivery among P2+ (505k). The series debut on Sun 7/20 at 10p broke the record for AHC's best Prime telecast ever for delivery among P2+ (696k) and HH (475k), and was the network's best original series debut ever for delivery among P25-54 and M25-54.
