During the week of January 19, 2015, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" matched season highs and equaled its highest-rated week in nearly 1 year in Households (3.3 rating) and Women 25-54 (1.7 rating) - since the week of 2/3/14 - while drawing its 2nd-biggest overall audience of the season (4.440 million).

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" was the week's No. 1 syndicated talk show in Women 25-54 (1.7 rating), tied with "Dr. Phil." "LIVE" beat "Ellen" by double digits in Homes (+18% - 3.3 rating vs. 2.8 rating) and Total Viewers (+16% - 4.440 million vs. 3.824 million) to rank as the week's No. 2 syndie talk show for the 2nd week in a row.

· For the 3rd straight week, "LIVE" scored at least a 3.0 rating in Households on all 5 telecasts of the week: Monday - 3.7 rating, Tuesday - 3.2 rating, Wednesday - 3.1 rating, Thursday - 3.3 rating, Friday - 3.2 rating. In fact, on the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday on Monday (1/19/15), "LIVE" posted its strongest single telecast on any day since the show's post-Oscars special in March in Homes (3.7 rating-tie), Total Viewers (5.226 million) and Women 25-54 (2.0 rating-tie) - since 3/3/14.

· "LIVE" was up over the year-ago week (w/o 1/20/14) for the 2nd consecutive week in Households (+3% - 3.3 rating vs. 3.2 rating) and Total Viewers (+2% - 4.440 million vs. 4.347 million).

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is up for the 2nd consecutive year to deliver its strongest 21-week average in 7 years in Homes (+3% - 3.0 rating vs. 2.9 rating) and in 8 years in Total Viewers (+5% - 4.021 million vs. 3.828 million) - since the 2007-08 and 2006-07 seasons, respectively.

· On average for the 2014-15 season to date, "LIVE" stands as the No. 2 syndicated talker in Households, Total Viewers and Women 25-54 (tie).
