"CHICAGO P.D." WINS THE 10 P.M. ET HOUR AMONG THE ABC-CBS-NBC DRAMAS

DESPITE A FOUR-WEEK BREAK BETWEEN ORIGINALS, 'CHICAGO P.D.' EQUALS ITS PRIOR FIRST-RUN IN 18-49

'LAURA' DELIVERS ITS SECOND-BIGGEST OVERALL AUDIENCE SINCE JAN. 7, TRAILING OVER THAT SPAN ONLY THE PRIOR ORIGINAL FEB. 25 GUEST-STARRING ERIC MCCORMACK

'SVU' BUILDS ON ITS LEAD-IN BY +30%

Wednesday Primetime Results:

· The initial first-run telecast in four weeks of "Chicago P.D." (1.5/5 in 18-49, 6.3 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET) won the hour among the ABC-CBS-NBC dramas in adults 18-49, adults 18-34, women 18-34 and women 18-49, and tied for #1 among those dramas in men 18-34 and women 25-54. "Chicago P.D." has now finished #1 or tied for #1 among the ABC-CBS-NBC dramas in adults 18-49 with nine of its last ten originals.

· "Chicago P.D." matched the show's prior 18-49 rating (1.5 on Feb. 25), despite a four-week break between originals.

· "Chicago P.D." grew +15% versus its adult 18-49 lead-in and has now matched or built on its 18-49 lead-in from an original "SVU" for a fifth time in its last six opportunities.

· "Chicago P.D." will grow substantially via time-shifted viewing: "Chicago P.D." originals are increasing by +69% in 18-49 rating (from a 1.60 to a 2.70) and 3.3 million viewers overall (7.2 million to 10.5 million) going from L+SD to L+7. L+7 Estimates: 2.6 in 18-49, 9.57 million viewers overall.

· The first original episode since Feb. 25 of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (1.3/4 in 18-49, 6.0 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET) built on its lead-in by +30% in adults 18-49. "SVU" maintained or increased its rating from half-hour to half-hour in every key measure.

· "Law & Order: SVU" will grow substantially in L+7 results: "SVU" originals this season are increasing by +68% in 18-49 rating (from a 1.65 a 2.78) and 2.9 million viewers overall (7.5 million to 10.4 million) going from L+SD to L+7. L+7 Estimates: 2.3 in 18-49, 8.73 million viewers overall.

· The first original telecast in four weeks of "The Mysteries of Laura" (1.0/4 in 18-49, 6.4 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) delivered the show's second-biggest overall audience since Jan. 7 (6.8 million), trailing over that span only the Feb. 25 telecast, which featured a guest appearance by Eric McCormack of "Will & Grace" (7.6 million). L+7 Estimates: 1.5 in 18-49, 8.12 million viewers overall.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.1/6; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.7/3.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.1/4 in metered-market households) trailed CBS's "Late Late Show with James Corden" (1.2/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.4/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show with James Corden" (0.3/2).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/3 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
