During the week of May 18, 2015, which included the final three days of the broadcast season, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households (2.9 rating), Total Viewers (3.994 million) and Women 25-54 (1.5 rating), beating "Ellen" (2.6 rating, 3.551 million and 1.4 rating) in all three Nielsen measures for the 9th consecutive week. In fact, despite its early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels, "LIVE" topped "Ellen" in Homes for the 22nd week in a row.

· Broadcasting from Southern California for the Disneyland Resort 60th Anniversary Diamond Celebration, "LIVE" grew week to week in Households (+4%) and Women 25-54 (+15%) to 3-week highs (since w/o 4/27/15), while building 6% in Total Viewers to hit a 6-week high (since w/o 4/6/15).

· "LIVE" posted gains over the year-ago week in all key Nielsen measures: Homes (+4%), Total Viewers (+6%), Women 25-54 (+7%).

During the May 2015 Sweep, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show for the 2nd sweep running in Households (2.9 rating), Total Viewers (3.854 million) and Women 25-54 (1.4 rating-tie), beating "Ellen" (2.5 rating, 3.424 million and 1.3 rating) in all three Nielsen measures.

· "LIVE" grew over the year-ago May sweep for the 3rd straight year in Homes (+4% - 2.9 rating vs. 2.8 rating) and Total Viewers (+6% - 3.854 million vs. 3.640 million) to deliver its strongest May sweep in 8 years - since 2007. In fact, "LIVE" was the only top-tier talk show up over the year-ago May in Homes (+4%) and Viewers (+6%), as "Dr. Phil" was down -3%/-1%, respectively, and "Ellen" declined -7%/-5%, respectively.

During the 2014-15 broadcast season (September-May), "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" was the No. 2 syndicated talker in Households (3.0 rating) and Total Viewers (4.064 million), finishing ahead of "Ellen" for the 3rd season in a row (2.7 rating and 3.696 million) in both Nielsen measures. In addition, "LIVE" moved ahead of "Ellen" among Women 25-54 (+7% - 1.5 rating vs. 1.4 rating) to finish the season as the No. 2 syndie talker (up from No. 3 last season).

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew for the 2nd consecutive year to deliver its strongest season in 8 years in Homes (+3% - 3.0 rating vs. 2.9 rating) and Total Viewers (+5% - 4.052 million vs. 3.864 million) - since the 2006-07 season. In fact, "LIVE" was the only top-tier talker up over the prior season in Households (+3%), as "Dr. Phil" was even and "Ellen" was down -4%.
