During the week of July 27, 2015, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 1 syndicated talk show for the 2nd week in a row in both Households (2.6 rating) and Women 25-54 (1.4 rating), while also winning the week in Total Viewers (3.510 million).

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew week to week by 7% in Total Viewers to hit a 4-week high and by 8% in Women 25-54 to a 5-week high - since weeks of 6/29/15 and 6/22/15, respectively. "LIVE" was also up over the prior week in Homes (+4%).

During the 2015 July Sweep, "LIVE" was the No. 1 syndicated talk show in Households, beating "Dr. Phil" by 4% (2.6 rating vs. 2.5 rating), and Women 25-54 (1.3 rating-tie).

On average for the 2014-15 season to date, "LIVE" stands as the No. 1 syndicated talker among Women 25-54 (1.5 rating-tied with "Dr. Phil"), while ranking No. 2 in Households (3.1 rating) and Total Viewers (4.252 million).

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is up for the 2nd consecutive year to deliver its strongest 48-week average in 8 years in Homes (+4%) and Total Viewers (+4%) - since the 2006-07 season.
