Wednesday Primetime Results:

"Chicago P.D." (1.5/5 in 18-49, 6.5 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):

· Ranks #1 in the time period among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49 and every other key demo.

· Has finished #1 or tied for #1 in 18-49 versus the time period's ABC and CBS drama competition with its last 18 regular-slot originals, dating back to November 2014.

· Will add significant viewership via time-shifting -- "Chicago P.D." originals last season grew by +68% in 18-49 rating (from a 1.58 to a 2.66) and 3.3 million viewers overall (7.1 million to 10.4 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

"Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (1.5/5 in 18-49, 7.0 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):

· Is up week to week by +4% in total viewers (7.002 million vs. 6.728 million)

· Is extremely close to rounding up to a 1.6 (currently reporting a 1.545 in these preliminary fast-affiliate ratings).

· Is equaling the show's 18-49 average during last May's sweep (1.5 vs. 1.5).

· Will grow substantially via time-shifting and alternate-platform viewing -- last season, "SVU" originals increased by +70% in 18-49 rating (1.61 to 2.74) and 2.9 million viewers overall (7.3 million to 10.2 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

"The Mysteries of Laura" (1.1/4 in 18-49, 7.1 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):

· Ranks #2 in the time period among the Big 4 networks in total viewers.

· Maintains 92% of last week's 18-49 rating, which matched the show's highest since Feb. 25 (1.4 with an episode featuring guest star Eric McCormack).

· Is up +10% versus what the show averaged in the time period during last May's sweep in 18-49 (1.1 vs. 1.0).

· Will grow significantly via time-shifting -- last season, "Laura" originals grew by +33% in 18-49 rating (from a 1.22 to a 1.62) and more than 1.7 million viewers overall (7.4 million to 9.2 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

· Upscale: "Laura" is delivering a solidly upscale audience, indexing at a 113 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes

In Late-Night Metered Markets Wednesday Night: Wednesday night in adult 18-49 rating in the Local People Meters:

· Jimmy Fallon equaled the combined ratings of Colbert and Kimmel (1.0 vs. a combined 1.0).

· At 12:35 a.m. ET, Seth Meyers (0.5) tied Colbert (0.5) and Kimmel (0.5), despite starting an hour later.

In metered-market households, Meyers equaled his highest household rating for a Wednesday (1.4) in eight months (since Feb. 4, 1.5).

Jimmy Fallon's guests Wednesday night included Kate Winslet, Norman Reedus and Fallonventions. Seth Meyers' guests included Joel McHale and Sara Bareilles.

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.8/7; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.2/6; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.8/5.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.0/5; "Late Show," 0.5/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/2.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.4/5 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (1.0/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/4 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
