"AQUARIUS" MAINTAINS 100% WEEK TO WEEK, GROWS +13% IN TOTAL VIEWERS

Thursday Primetime Results:

"Spartan: Ultimate Team Challenge" (1.0/4 in 18-49, 3.7 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):

· Jumps +25% week to week in 18-49 (1.0 vs. 0.8) and +35% in total viewers (3.709 million vs. 2.750 million).

· Ranks #2 in the time period among the Big 4 networks in adults, men and women 18-34 and ties for #2 in men 18-49 and 25-54.

"Aquarius" (0.4/2 in 18-49, 2.0 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):

· Maintains 100% week to week in 18-49 (0.4 vs. 0.4) and grows +13% in total viewers (2.0 million vs. 1.7 million).

· Is running within 0.1 of a point of where it left off last summer with its final three Thursday telecasts (0.4 vs. 0.5 from June 25 through July 9, 2015).

· Tops its final five telecasts from last season, which aired on Saturday nights, in both 18-49 and total viewers.

· Ties for #2 in the slot among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-34.

· Will increase substantially via time-shifting and VOD - last summer, "Aquarius" grew by +48% going from "live plus same day" to "live plus seven day" Nielsens (0.54 to 0.80) and by 1.1 million viewers overall (2.8 million to 3.9 million).

"U.S. Olympic Trials: Swimming" (1.2/5 in 18-49, 5.2 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):

· Maintains 100% of the prior night's rating in 18-49 (1.2 vs. 1.2).

· Ranks #2 in the time period among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49.

· Ties for #1 among those nets in adults and men 18-34.

· Grows from half-hour to half-hour in every key measure, including gains of +9% in adults 18-49 (1.1 to 1.2), +14% in adults 25-54 (1.4 to 1.6) and +19% in women 25-54 (1.6 to 1.9).
