Monday's Broadcast Ratings: "The Voice" Tops Charts for NBC

Here are the highlights of the 14 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (12/12/16):

NBC (9.368 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.9, #1) scored the top spot on Monday with part one of the "The Voice" (11.403 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.2, #1) finale followed by a new "Timeless" (5.299 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T4).

CBS (6.495 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.2, #2) then was the silver draw with new episodes from "Kevin Can Wait" (7.331 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.4, #2), "Man with a Plan" (6.633 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T4), "2 Broke Girls" (5.821 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T4), "The Odd Couple" (5.272 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.0, #9) and "Scorpion" (6.955 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.1, #8).

Next up was ABC (4.874 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.1, #3) with week two of "The Great Christmas Light Fight" (5.706 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.3, #3), another "The Great Christmas Light Fight" (5.256 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T4) and a repeat "The Great Holiday Baking Show" (3.662 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.8, #10).

Meanwhile, FOX (1.739 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.5, #4) opted for repeats of "Gotham" (1.676 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T11) and "Lucifer" (1.802 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T11).

And finally, the specials "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer" (1.188 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.3, #13) and "Greatest Holiday Commercials Countdown 2016" (0.895 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.2, #14) closed out the evening for The CW (1.041 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.3, #5).

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.7/4; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.7/4.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.2/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 1.2/4 in metered-market households; CBS's "Late Late Show," 1.1/4. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.4/3 in 18-49; "Late Late Show," 0.3/2.

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.

NBC (13.020 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 3.1, #1) rose in the latest victory on Monday with a new "The Voice" (13.907 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 3.2, #1) and its special "Adele Live in New York City" (11.246 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 3.0, #2).

CBS (8.704 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.6, #2) then claimed the silver with its fall finales from "Supergirl" (7.395 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.5, #4), "Scorpion" (9.379 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.9, #3) and "NCIS: Los Angeles" (9.339 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.4, #5).

Next up was ABC (4.702 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.2, #3) with a new "The Great Christmas Light Fight" (5.167 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T6), a second "The Great Christmas Light Fight" (4.862 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T6) and the penultimate "The Great Holiday Baking Show" (4.077 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.1, #8).

Meanwhile, FOX (1.410 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T4) offered up second runs of "Gotham" (1.385 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T9) and "Bones" (1.436 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T9).

And finally, an encore of "The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show" (1.231 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T9) and the fall finale of "Jane the Virgin" (1.002 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T9) on The CW (1.116 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T4) closed out the night.
