Discovery Channel Is Cable's #1 Non-Sports Network Among Men for January
Discovery further spins the numbers for the month of January.

DISCOVERY CHANNEL IS CABLE'S #1 NON-SPORTS NETWORK AMONG MEN FOR JANUARY

(Los Angeles) -Discovery Channel continues to dominate the ratings. For the month of January, Discovery was cable's #1 non-sports network among M18-49 and M25-54. The network had its highest rated January Mondays since 2014 across P25-54, M25-54, P18-49, and P18-34 and also scored its 2nd-highest rated January Wednesdays ever among P25-54.

Discovery delivered January's Top 3 series on all of cable among M18-49 with GOLD RUSH as January's #1 cable series - including scripted - across P25-54, M25-54, M18-49, and P2+ (4.88M). STREET OUTLAWS ranked #2 in M25-54 and M18-49, while Fast N' Loud was #3 in M18-49.

Discovery also impressively owned more of the month's top 10 cable series - including scripted - among P/M25-54, P/M18-49, M18-34 (GOLD RUSH, STREET OUTLAWS, FAST N' LOUD, DIESEL BROTHERS, ALASKAN BUSH PEOPLE, and MOONSHINERS) than any other network. GOLD RUSH was the #1 TV series on Friday nights across M25-54, M18-49, and M18-34 with fan-favorites STREET OUTLAWS and FAST N' LOUD coming in as January's Top 2 unscripted series on all of TV on Monday nights among M25-54 & M18-49. Freshman survival series THE WHEEL was the month's #1 new unscripted cable series across P25-54 and M25-54.
