Sunday's Broadcast Ratings: "Stayin' Alive" Special Puts CBS in Front

Here are the highlights of the 17 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (4/16/17):

CBS (8.256 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.0, #1) rose to the top spot on Sunday with its mix of "60 Minutes" (8.024 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T2), "Stayin' Alive: A Grammy Salute to the Music of the Bee Gees" (10.261 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.2, #1) and "Elementary" (4.477 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T7).

NBC (4.453 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.8, #2) then had to settle for second place with repeats of "Little Big Shots" (3.711 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T7), another "Little Big Shots" (5.188 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.8, #4) plus originals from "Chicago Justice" (4.877 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T2) and "Shades of Blue" (4.037 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T5).

Next up was ABC (2.489 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.6, #3) and its quartet of "Inside Disneynature: Wild Lives" (3.193 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T7), "Once Upon a Time" (2.508 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T5), "Match Game" (2.431 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T7) and "American Crime" (1.824 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T13).
