Sunday's Broadcast Ratings: Game Show Lineup Puts ABC on Top

Here are the highlights of the 16 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (6/25/17):

ABC (5.427 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.1, #1) was the network to beat on Sunday with its mix of "America's Funniest Home Videos" (3.924 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T4), "Celebrity Family Feud" (7.085 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.4, #1),"Steve Harvey's Funderdome" (5.485 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T2) and "$100,000 Pyramid" (5.214 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T2).

The silver then went to NBC (2.723 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.6, #2) with a new "Sunday Night with Megyn Kelly" (3.410 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T9) followed by the feature "Despicable Me" (2.537 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.6, #6) and an encore of "Little Big Shots: Forever Young" (2.407 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T7).

Next up was CBS (4.786 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T3) with its repeat lineup of "60 Minutes" (7.209 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T4), "NCIS: Los Angeles" (4.964 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T9), "Madam Secretary" (3.803 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T15) and "Code Black" (3.169 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T13).

And finally, repeats of "Bob's Burgers" (0.905 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T13), "The Last Man on Earth" (0.634 million viewers, #16; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T15), "The Simpsons" (1.061 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T9) and "Family Guy" (1.203 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T7) plus a new "American Grit" (1.034 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T9) rounded out the night on FOX (0.978 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T3).

NBC (4.640 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.1, #2) then claimed the silver with its coverage of "U.S. Olympic Trials: Diving" (3.546 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.7, #8), "U.S. Olympic Trials: Swimming" (4.389 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.0, #6) and "U.S. Gymnastics Championship: Women's" (5.313 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.3, #5).
