Tuesday's Broadcast Ratings: NFL Sparks Another CBS Victory

Here are the highlights of the 11 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (10/13/20):

CBS (7.930 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.1, #1) got another primetime boost on Tuesday thanks to "NFL Football: Buffalo at Tennessee" (9.941 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.7, #1) followed by week two of "The FBI Declassified" (3.910 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.9, #3).

ABC (4.222 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.1, #2) was the silver draw with the return of "The Bachelorette" (4.757 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.3, #2) plus a special "Celebrity Family Feud" (3.150 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T4).

Next up was NBC (3.183 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.4, #3) with the Monday-bound "Weakest Link" (4.032 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T4) alongside fresh installments of "Ellen's Game of Games" (2.765 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.4, #6) and "Transplant" (2.751 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T7).

Meanwhile, FOX (1.339 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.3, #4) offered up its duo of "Cosmos: Possible Worlds" (1.197 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T7) and "Next" (1.482 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T7).

And finally, The CW (0.641 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.1, #5) closed out the night with "Swamp Thing" (0.805 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.2, #10) and "Tell Me a Story" (0.477 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.1, #11).

The silver then went to CBS (8.647 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.9, #2) with its drama lineup of "NCIS" (10.606 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T3), "FBI" (8.714 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.9, #5) and "NCIS: New Orleans" (6.620 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T8).

Next up was FOX (3.244 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.8, #3) with fresh installments from "The Resident" (3.696 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T8) and "Empire" (2.792 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T6).

Meanwhile, ABC (3.276 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.7, #4) offered up originals from "The Conners" (5.439 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T3), "Bless This Mess" (3.410 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T8), "Mixed-ish" (2.804 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T8), "Black-ish" (2.607 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.6, #12) and "Emergence" (2.696 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T13).
