Excluding sports during the week of Dec. 28, 2020, ABC stood as the No. 1 entertainment network among Adults 18-49 in the Live+3 Day ratings (0.8/5), dominating NBC by 60% (0.5/3), Fox by 60% (0.5/3) and CBS by 100% (0.4/2). In fact, ABC ranked or tied as the No. 1 entertainment network for the 5th straight week with Adults 18-49. ABC also stood as the No. 1 entertainment network for the 2nd week in a row with Total Viewers (4.0 million).

ABC grew week to week by double digits in both Total Viewers (+21% - 4.0 million vs. 3.3 million) and Adults 18-49 (+14% - 0.8/5 vs. 0.7/4).

ABC claimed the week's Top 2 highest-rated entertainment programs in primetime in Adults 18-49 with "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2021 - Part 1" (3.6/22) - No. 1 and "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2021 - Part 2" (2.3/15) - No. 2. In fact, ABC had the Top 2 entertainment programs for the 3rd time in 4 weeks with Adults 18-49.

In fact, ABC beat the combined deliveries of NBC and Fox with their New Year's Eve programming by 2.4 million viewers (9.3 million vs. 6.9 million) and by 59% in Adults 18-49 (2.7/17 vs. 1.7/10).

ABC grew in each half-hour of primetime, culminating with 11.9 million viewers and a 3.8 rating among Adults 18-49 in the 10:30 p.m. half-hour.
