ABC's highly anticipated "9-1-1: Nashville" joined the network's powerhouse Thursday night alongside "9-1-1" and "Grey's Anatomy," with all three shows leading their respective time periods and lifting ABC to a win for the night among the broadcast networks in both Total Viewers (5.18 million) and Adults 18-49 (0.49 rating).

· "9-1-1: Nashville" (9 p.m. EDT/PDT) debuted with a bang and a deadly tornado, soaring to a total audience to date of 12.4 million Total Viewers after seven days across ABC, Hulu, Hulu on Disney+ and digital platforms, representing a +231% lift over the show's initial Live+Same Day audience (12.40 million vs. 3.75 million).

· The star-studded, high-octane first-responder drama delivered 7.80 million Total Viewers and 1.51 rating among Adults 18-49, excluding encores.

· The "9-1-1: Nashville" series debut became ABC's second highest drama premiere on streaming, behind only last fall's "High Potential," based on views over seven days on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.

· On linear, "9-1-1: Nashville" led its time period, outperforming its closest broadcast competition, NBC's "Law & Order: SVU," by double digits in both Total Viewers (+10% - 5.20 million vs. 4.73 million) and Adults 18-49 (+11% - 0.41 rating vs. 0.38 rating).

· In its Season 9 premiere, after seven days of viewing on ABC, Hulu, Hulu on Disney+ and digital platforms, "9-1-1" (8 p.m. EDT/PDT) earned 8.30 million Total Viewers and a 1.51 rating among Adults 18-49, growing over the show's spring finale in both Total Viewers (+6%; vs. 7.80 million) and Adults 18-49 (+3%; vs. 1.46 rating), with its best performance since the show's emotional funeral episode last May - since 5/1/25.

· On linear, "9-1-1" earned 5.97 million Total Viewers and a 0.55 rating among Adults 18-49, standing as the No. 1 non-sports program of the night and leading its closest competition in Total Viewers (+44% - 5.97 million vs. 4.16 million, for NBC's "Law & Order") and Adults 18-49 (+77% - 0.55 rating vs. 0.31 rating, for Fox's "Hell's Kitchen").

· Both "9-1-1: Nashville" and "9-1-1" made the Hulu Top 15 Today list every day during their premiere week, with '9-1-1: Nashville" claiming the No. 1 spot for four days after its debut on the service (10/10/25).

· At 10 p.m., award-winning medical drama "Grey's Anatomy" returned for Season 22, shocking fans with an unforeseen twist and posting 6.61 million Total Viewers and a 1.55 rating among Adults 18-49.

· The show rose over its Season 21 average in both Total Viewers (+14% - 6.61 million vs. 5.81 million) and Adults 18-49 (+12% - 1.55 rating vs. 1.38), scoring its best telecast since the Season 20 finale episode - since 5/30/24.

· In addition, the "Grey's Anatomy" Season 22 premiere notched a nearly three-year streaming high on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ for the series based on views over seven days - since the show's Season 19 midseason premiere 2/23/23.

· On linear, "Grey's Anatomy" drew 4.34 million Total Viewers and a 0.50 rating among Adults 18-49, leading the time period and its closest broadcast competition, NBC's "Law & Order: OC," in both Total Viewers (+43%; vs. 3.04 million) and Adults 18-49 (+150%; vs. 0.20 rating).

New episodes of all three series will air Thursday, Oct. 23. On "9-1-1" (8 p.m. on ABC, streaming next day on Hulu), Athena and Hen face increasing dangers in space as friends both near and far try to get them home safely. Meanwhile, the 118 continues to help victims of the geostorm and falling debris. Mark Consuelos guest stars. Then at 9 p.m. on the next "9-1-1: Nashville," amidst multiple crises, Ryan steps up to lead Station 113, while the team responds to a dangerous call of a child trapped in a trailer hanging off a historic Nashville bridge. Meanwhile, Blythe visits Dixie.

At 10 p.m. on "Grey's Anatomy," a high-risk lung transplant pushes the surgical team to their limits, while Bailey juggles a trauma patient whose treatment hangs in the balance.
