FOX Scores the Largest Fall Broadcast Season Lead in Six Years!

FOX SCORES THE LARGEST FALL BROADCAST SEASON LEAD IN SIX YEARS!

Last week FOX hit a grand slam with record breaking numbers from WORLD SERIES GAMES 1, 2, 3 and 4 between the Phillies and the Yankees. FOX won the week with a 4.8/13 among Adults 18-49, over two rating points ahead of second place ABC. This is the largest differential (+78%) between the first and second place networks for a fourth quarter week in five years among Adults 18-49 (since week of 10/18/04-FOX over CBS/NBC). Additionally, FOX posted the highest rated fourth quarter week for any network in five years (since CBS the week of 11/8/04).

FOX remains in the top spot for the Fall season among Adults 18-49 with a 3.7/10, a half a rating point ahead of second place CBS. This marks the largest fourth quarter lead for any network in six years with a difference of +16%. FOX also holds its largest fourth Quarter lead ever among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.

Wednesday night kicked off the WORLD SERIES GAME 1 between the Philadelphia Phillies and the New York Yankees. The game posted a solid 6.3/17 among Adults 18-49.

GAME 1 substantially outperformed last year's World Series Game 1 by +31% in Adults 18-49 and +34% in Total Viewers, making it the highest rated WORLD SERIES GAME 1 in five years among Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers.

GAME 1 propelled FOX to its highest rated Wednesday night among Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers since last season's American Idol finale.

On Thursday night the Phillies and the Yankees faced off in WORLD SERIES GAME 2, which delivered a 5.8/16 rating among Adults 18-49 and outperformed last year's GAME 2 by +45% among Adults 18-49 and +48% in Total Viewers.

WORLD SERIES GAME 2: PHILLIES VS. YANKEES is the highest rated WORLD SERIES GAME 2 in three years among Adults 18-49 and in five years in Total Viewers.

WORLD SERIES GAME 2 led FOX to its highest rated Thursday night in seven months among Adults 18-49 and the highest rated Thursday night on ANY network in almost 10 months in Total Viewers.

Saturday's WORLD SERIES GAME 3: YANKEES VS. PHILLIES achieved a 4.7/16 among Adults 18-49 and outperformed last year's Game 3 by +47% among Adults 18-49 and +57% in Total Viewers.

WORLD SERIES GAME 3 brought FOX its highest rated Saturday night in ten months among Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers.

Sunday night featured WORLD SERIES GAME 4: YANKEES VS. PHILLIES which posted an astounding 7.8/20 among Adults 18-49 and outperformed last year's Game 4 by +53% among Adults 18-49 and +47% in Total Viewers.

WORLD SERIES GAME 4: YANKEES VS. PHILLIES is the highest rated WORLD SERIES GAME 4 in five years among Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers. It's also the highest rated non-decisive Game 4 in eight years among Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers, dating back to the 2001 Series.
