FOX Wins the Week Among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens

NATIONAL NIELSEN RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF APRIL 11 - 17, 2011

FOX WINS THE WEEK AMONG ADULTS 18-49, ADULTS 18-34 AND TEENS

Led by two strong nights of AMERICAN IDOL , week-over-week gains by BONES and another first-place finish on Friday, FOX won last week among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens and outperformed the next highest-rated network by +24% in the core adult demo. In addition, for the first time this season, AMERICAN IDOL Season 10 pulled ahead of last season's total viewer average (25.0 mil. vs. Season 9's 24.8 mil.).

So far this season, FOX remains a full half of a ratings point ahead of the No. 2 network (3.5 vs. 3.0) and continues to dominate in the younger Adults 18-34 and Teen demos. Key highlights from last week include:

· On Wednesday, FOX again dominated the night across all key demos and outperformed its nearest competitor by +107% among Adults 18-49 and +68% in Total Viewers.

· AMERICAN IDOL posted a 7.3/20 among Adults 18-49 and retained 100% of the previous Wednesday's audience among Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers

· IDOL also retained 100% of the comparable telecast last year among Adults 18-49 and gained +12% in Total Viewers

· Week two of BREAKING IN held up well against increased comedy competition and delivered a 2.6/7 among Adults 18-49.

· AMERICAN IDOL and BONES gave FOX another Thursday win across all key demos, beating the next highest rated network by +127% in the core adult demo and +98% in Total Viewers.

· Last week's IDOL results show posted a 6.4/20 among Adults 18-49, retaining 100% of the previous Thursday's show among Adults 18-49 and gaining +2% in Total Viewers

· In the 8pm hour, Thursday's IDOL beat the combined 4-network competition by +5% among Adults 18-49 and +15% in Total Viewers.

· So far this season with Comparable Most Current ratings AMERICAN IDOL is retaining 93% of last year's Adults 18-49 (8.5/23 vs. 9.1/23) and is now up +1% in Total Viewers (25.0 vs. 24.8 Mil.)

· At 9pm BONES posted a 3.5/10 among Adults 18-49, up +9% from the previous week (3.2/9) -- its adult demo highest ratings in over two months (since 1/27/11).

· FOX ranked No. 1 on Friday again last week thanks to KITCHEN NIGHTMARES (1.6/6) and an original FRINGE (1.4/4)

· Sunday's ANIMATION DOMINATION lineup held its own against significant competition from NBA Playoffs on ESPN that night, giving FOX the nightly win among Adults 18-34, Teens and key male demos.

· A special AMERICAN DAD original at 8:30p posted a 2.2/6 up +38% from its most recent original on 3/27/11 at 7:30p (1.6/5)

· At 9p FAMILY GUY posted a 3.0/8 among Adults 18-49 and was the highest rated program of the night in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens and all key male demos.

· THE CLEVELAND SHOW followed with a 2.3/6 and ranked #1 in its half hour in Adults 18-34, Teens and Men 18-49/18-34.
