USA WINS UNPRECEDENTED 23RD CONSECUTIVE QUARTER

USA was Most Watched in Basic Cable prime for 1Q12

NEW YORK - March 14, 2012 - USA is pacing to take 1Q12, extending its unprecedented run as the #1 ad-supported cable entertainment network in prime among total viewers to 23 consecutive quarters as 3 million viewers tuned in, beating our nearest competitor by +27% in total viewers. USA is one of only three entertainment networks this quarter to date with over 1 in million P25-54 or 1 million in P18-49. USA is pacing to win the total day crown this quarter in P25-54 with 557,000, +7% over the #2 entertainment network (History Channel).

· USA's ROYAL PAINS and WHITE COLLAR were two of the top five scripted series in 1Q12 among P25-54 (RP 2.39 million / WC 2.11 million), P18-49 (2.07 million / 1.95 million) and households (4.12 million / 3.46 million). Both ROYAL PAINS (Wednesdays 10pm) and WHITE COLLAR (Tuesdays 10pm) made USA the #1 network on cable head to head in their timeslots for P25-54, total viewers and households. ROYAL PAINS also made USA #1 when it aired for P18-49 while WHITE COLLAR beat every broadcast network in its timeslot in M18-34 as well as beating ABC and CBS in P18-34.

· WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW made USA the #1 network in all of television in its Monday 9pm-11pm time period among M18-34, beating every network but NBC and FOX in P18-34. The sports entertainment franchise delivered 2.37 million in P25-54, 2.46 in million P18-49, 1.35 million in P18-34, 4.91 million total viewers and 3.42 million households in 1Q12.

· USA's NCIS was cable's 1Q12 top acquired series in total viewers (3.35 million) and households (2.58 million). NCIS and LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT were the top two acquired dramas this quarter in P25-54 (NCIS 1.14 million / SVU 884,000), P18-49 (935,000 / 899,000), P18-34 (347,000 / 461,000), total viewers (3.35 million / 2.29 million) and households (2.58 million / 1.83 million). USA's latest acquisition, CSI, also placed among the quarter's top ten acquired series, 9th in P25-54 (587,000), 9th in P18-49 (542,000), 7th in total viewers (1.72 million) and 7th in households (1.31 million).
