CBS WINS THE WEEK IN VIEWERS, ADULTS 18-49 AND ADULTS 25-54

CBS Has Four of the Top 10 Broadcasts in Adults 18-49, Led by #1 "The Big Bang Theory"

"NCIS" is the #1 Drama in Adults 18-49 For the Second Consecutive Week

CBS Maintains Across-the-Board Leadership as the Season Nears its End

CBS was first in viewers for the 10th consecutive week, first in adults 25-54 for the eighth consecutive week and first in adults 18-49 for the fifth time in seven weeks, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending May 5, Week 32 of the 2012-2013 season.

Among adults 18-49, CBS had four of the top 10 broadcasts including the top program/comedy (THE BIG BANG THEORY) and the top drama (NCIS). NCIS was the week's top drama in adults 18-49 for the second straight week. CBS had 11 of the week's top 20 programs including THE BIG BANG THEORY, TWO AND A HALF MEN, NCIS, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, 2 BROKE GIRLS, PERSON OF INTEREST, SURVIVOR: CARAMOAN - FANS vs. FAVORITES, CRIMINAL MINDS, THE AMAZING RACE 22, MIKE & MOLLY and NCIS: LOS ANGELES.

THE BIG BANG THEORY, TWO AND A HALF MEN and NCIS beat both editions of "America Idol" this week in adults 18-49.

SURVIVOR: CARAMOAN - FANS vs. FAVORITES placed in the top 15 in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 while finishing in its closest competitive position with "American Idol Wednesday" in viewers for the second consecutive week.

With two weeks remaining in the season, CBS leads in viewers (11.94m), adults 18-49 (2.9/08) and adults 25-54 (3.8/10).

For the week in viewers: CBS (9.22m), ABC (6.67m), FOX (5.98m) and NBC (5.56m). Season-to-date: CBS (11.94m), ABC (7.81m), FOX (7.08m) and NBC (6.98m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS was first in adults 25-54 (2.7/07) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (1.9/06, with FOX). CBS was first in adults 25-54 for the eighth consecutive week and first in adults 18-49 for the fifth time in seven weeks. Season-to-date, CBS is first in adults 25-54 (3.8/10) and adults 18-49 (2.9/08).

For the week in households: CBS (5.9/10), ABC (4.4/07), FOX (3.7/06) and NBC (3.5/06). Season-to-date: CBS (7.4/12), ABC (5.0/08), NBC (4.4/07) and FOX (4.3/07).

For the first 11 days of the May Sweep, CBS is first in households (5.8/10), viewers (9.02m), adults 25-54 (2.6/07) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (1.8/06, with FOX).

CBS Weekly Highlights:

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (4.5/07, 7.06m) was second in adults 25-54 (3.2/09), adults 18-49 (2.7/09) and adults 18-34 (2.5/09). Compared to the last first-run episode (on April 15), HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was up +5% in households (from 4.3/07), +3% in adults 25-54 (from 3.1/08), even in adults 18-49 and added +480,000 viewers (from 6.58m, +7%). HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was the night's #1 scripted program in adults 18-49 (tied, "The Following").

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT was up +18% in households (3.9/06 from 3.3/05), +17% in adults 25-54 (2.7/07 from 2.3/06), +31% in adults 18-49 (2.1/06 from 1.6/05) and added +1.10m viewers (6.21m from 5.11m, +21%) compared to last week.

2 BROKE GIRLS was up +4% in households (5.1/08 from 4.9/07), +8% in adults 18-49 (2.6/07 from 2.4/06) and +6% in adults 18-34 (1.7/05 from 1.6/05), was even in adults 25-54 (3.4/08) and added +290,000 viewers (from 7.54m, +4%) from the last first-run episode (on April 15).

Compared to the last first-run episode (on April 15), MIKE & MOLLY was up +6% in households (5.2/08 from 4.9/07), +3% in adults 25-54 (3.4/08 from 3.3/07), +9% in adults 18-49 (2.4/06 from 2.2/05) and added +380,000 viewers (8.14m from 7.76m, +5%). MIKE & MOLLY tied 2 BROKE GIRLS as the night's top scripted program in adults 25-54.

NCIS was first in households (11.5/19), viewers (18.29m), adults 25-54 (4.5/13) and second in adults 18-49 (3.1/10). Compared to last week, NCIS was up +5% in both households (from 11.0/17) and adults 25-54 (from 4.3/12), +11% in adults 18-49 (from 2.8/09) and added +960,000 viewers (from 17.33m, +6%). NCIS was the night's top program in both households and viewers and the top scripted program in adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.

SURVIVOR: CARAMOAN - FANS vs. FAVORITES was second in households (5.9/10), viewers (9.25m), adults 25-54 (3.4/10, -0.1 behind FOX) and adults 18-49 (2.4/08, -0.3 behind FOX). SURVIVOR: CARAMOAN - FANS vs. FAVORITES, for the third straight week, finished in its closest competitive position this season with "American Idol Wednesday" in their common hour in viewers (-1.11m).

CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was first in households (6.2/10), viewers (9.49m), adults 25-54 (2.7/07) and adults 18-49 (1.9/05).

THE BIG BANG THEORY was first in households (10.1/17), viewers (16.29m), adults 25-54 (6.7/20), adults 18-49 (4.9/17) and adults 18-34 (3.1/13). Compared to last week, THE BIG BANG THEORY was up +9% in both households (from 9.3/16) and adults 18-49 (from 4.5/15), +10% in adults 25-54 (from 6.1/18) and +15% in adults 18-34 (from 2.7/11) and added +1.24m viewers (from 15.05m, +8%). THE BIG BANG THEORY was the night's #1 program in households, viewers, adults 25-54, adults 18-49 and adults 18-34.

TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in households (7.8/12), viewers (12.12m), adults 25-54 (4.6/12) and adults 18-49 (3.2/10). Compared to last week, TWO AND A HALF MEN was up +8% in households (from 7.2/11), +10% in adults 25-54 (from 4.2/11), +14% in adults 18-49 (from 2.8/09) and added +800,000 viewers (from 11.32m, +7%).

UNDERCOVER BOSS was first in households (4.7/09), viewers (7.24m), adults 25-54 (2.0/06) and adults 18-49 (1.2/05).

THE AMAZING RACE (8:00-10:00 PM) was first in households (5.4/09), viewers (9.10m), adults 25-54 (3.2/07) and adults 18-49 (2.3/06) with its season finale. THE AMAZING RACE was the night's #1 program in adults 25-54.
