FOX Ranks No. 1 for the Week Among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34
FOX spins the numbers for the week of August 12-18.

NATIONAL NIELSEN RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF AUGUST 12 - 18, 2013

FOX's week was highlighted by strong performances from MASTERCHEF, SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE and the NFL PRE-SEASON GAMES which led the network to rank No. 1 for the week among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34. Also, FOX won four out of seven nights among the key demo Adults 18-49.

FOX had:

· 4 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: MASTERCHEF Wed-9p (No. 3), NFL ON FOX PRESEASON 2 (No. 5), NFL ON FOX PRESEASON 1 (No. 12) and SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE (No. 16).

· 5 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-34: MASTERCHEF Wed-9p (No. 1), NFL ON FOX PRESEASON 2 (No. 3), SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE (No. 10 tie), NFL ON FOX PRESEASON 1 (No. 10 tie) and MASTERCHEF Encore (No. 15).

· 3 of the Top 20 programs among Teens: MASTERCHEF Wed-9p (No. 5), NFL ON FOX PRESEASON 2 (No. 10) and NFL ON FOX PRESEASON 1 (No. 14).

· 2 of the Top 20 programs among Total Viewers: NFL ON FOX PRESEASON 2 (No. 10) and MASTERCHEF Wed-9p (No. 17).

Program and Nightly Highlights

Monday: FOX ranked No. 5 for the night among the seven broadcast networks in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, and Teens airing encores of RAISING HOPE (0.7/2), RAISING HOPE at 8:30p (0.6/2), NEW GIRL (0.6/2) and THE MINDY PROJECT (0.6/2).

Tuesday: FOX ranked No. 3 for the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE (1.3/4) was down one-tenth of a rating point from last week (vs. 1.4/4).

Wednesday: FOX ranked No. 1 for the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and all key male demos. Following an encore MASTERCHEF at 8p (1.0/4), the 9pm telecast of MASTERCHEF (2.2/7) was even with last week among Adults 18-49 and ranked as the night's highest rated program among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34. Overall, MASTERCHEF is flat year to year (2.8/9 vs. 2.8/8, MC).

Thursday: Among the seven broadcast networks, FOX ranked No. 6 for the night in Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 with encores of GLEE (0.5/2), NEW GIRL (0.5/2) and THE MINDY PROJECT (0.6/2).

Friday: FOX ranked No. 1 among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and all key male demos for the night with NFL PRE-SEASON GAME No. 1 (1.5/6) from 8-11pm.

Saturday: FOX placed No. 1 among Adults 18-49 (tie) and Adults 18-34 with ancores of COPS (0.6/3), COPS 2 (0.7/3) and BONES (0.5/2).

Sunday: FOX ranked No. 1 for the night in Adults 18-49. FOX's NFL PRE-SEASON GAME No. 2 (2.1/7) increased +62% from the comparable preseason game last summer (vs. 1.3/5 on Fri. 8/17/12).
