"The Bastard Executioner" Delivers the Second-Highest Live+Same Day to Live+3 Lift of All Prior FX Series Premieres

The Bastard Executioner - Live+3 Premiere Ratings

Based on Live+3 ratings, the two-hour series premiere of The Bastard Executioner on September 15th on FX received 1.79 million viewers Adults 18-49 and 3.61 million Total Viewers. Compared to the 36 primetime scripted cable series premieres this year to date, TBX ranks #3 in Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers (behind Fear the Walking Dead and Better Call Saul). [Does not include news, sports, children's programming and mini/limited series].

· In P18-49, the series premiere of The Bastard Executioner lifted +71% from Live+Same Day to Live+3 - the second-highest Live+Same Day to Live+3 lift of all prior FX series premieres with the exception of the Fargo (limited series).

· Recent FX series premieres lifted as follows: Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll (+61%), The Strain (+63%), Tyrant (+53%), Fargo (+74%), The Bridge (+67%), The Americans (+48%), and AHS: Murder House (+37%).

· In Total Viewers, the series premiere of The Bastard Executioner also lifted +71% from Live+Same Day to Live+3 - higher than all prior FX series premieres.

· Recent FX series premieres lifted as follows: Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll (+57%), The Strain (+58%), Tyrant (+47%), Fargo (+68%), The Bridge (+53%), The Americans (+44%), and AHS: Murder House (+31%).

The Bastard Executioner returns tomorrow night with Episode 3 - "Effigy / Delw" (Airs September 22, 10:00 pm e/p on FX) - When an unlikely suspect is charged with treason, Wilkin must carry out his duties as the new executioner.
