NIELSEN LIVE +35-DAY RATINGS REVEAL CBS HAS 5 OF THE TOP 6 PREMIERES WITH OVER 10 MILLION VIEWERS
"60 Minutes," "Blue Bloods," "FBI," "NCIS" and "Ghosts"
Top the Charts Along with NBC's "Chicago Fire"
Network Has 15 of Top 25 Premieres
"Fire Country" and "East New York" Are Top New Series
According to Nielsen's live plus 35-day ratings for premiere episode viewership in the 2022-2023 broadcast season, CBS has five of the six premieres that have been seen by over 10 million viewers: 60 MINUTES (10.86m), BLUE BLOODS (10.77m), FBI (10.29m), NCIS (10.09m) and GHOSTS (10.02m). On all other networks, only NBC's "Chicago Fire" has reached the mark, with 10.21 million viewers.
CBS also has 15 of the top 25 premieres in the 35-day metric, including THE EQUALIZER, YOUNG SHELDON, NCIS: HAWAI'I, FBI: MOST WANTED, FIRE COUNTRY, FBI: INTERNATIONAL, SURVIVOR, EAST NEW YORK, NCIS: LOS ANGELES and S.W.A.T. The chart below details their 35-day premiere viewership.
Among all new series premieres, CBS has the top two - FIRE COUNTRY (8.72m) and EAST NEW YORK (7.41m). ABC's "Alaska Daily" (7.08m) and SO HELP ME TODD (6.97m) are in a virtual dead heat for third.
