AND IN OTHER NEWS... - Devon Sawa, who plays endearing and good-hearted Guardian Owen Elliot, has been upped to series regular on "Nikita" (TVLine.com); Kristen Chenoweth was injured Wednesday evening on the set of "The Good Wife" after "a gust of wind blew a lighting silk out of place," striking the actress, while Amanda Peet will recur as "a military lawyer who sues a contract worker for an attempted sexual assault" (TVLine.com); "The Mob Doctor" executive producer/director Michael Dinner has inked a new two-year overall deal with Sony Pictures Television, his home since 2005 (Deadline.com); Wes Brown and newcomer Trai Byers are both set to recur on the new season of "90210" (EW.com); "New Girl" and "Ben & Kate" executive producer Jake Kasdan has signed a two-year overall deal with producer 20th Century Fox Television (Deadline.com); Michael Weatherly, Pauley Perrette and Sean Murray have all inked two-year deals to continue on "NCIS" through its 11th season (Deadline.com); Ike Barinholtz, Amanda Setton and Steven Tobolowsky have all landed roles on newcomer "The Mindy Project" (Variety.com); Johnny Depp will make a cameo as Edward Scissorhands in an upcoming installment of "Family Guy" (EW.com); and Nickelodeon has ordered a second season - covering Books 3 and 4 - of "The Legend of Korra," bringing its series total to 52 episodes (EW.com).
