After Four Weeks, "Hawaii Five-0" and "The Mentalist" Continue as the Top Two Most Played Back Shows

"The Mentalist" Gains +3.15 Million Viewers

Live Plus 7 Day Playback Boosts CBS's Four Week Average Ratings By +1.54 Million Viewers and +0.6 Rating Points in Adults 18-49, More Than Any Other Network

After four weeks of the season, HAWAII FIVE-0 and THE MENTALIST remain the top two most played back programs in viewers, with both series being the only programs gaining over 3 million additional viewers, when factoring in live plus 7-day playback, according to Nielsen primetime ratings for the four week period from Sept. 20-Oct. 17.

Through four weeks, CBS gained +1.54 million viewers over its live plus same day average (+13%), an additional +0.6 of a rating points in adults 18-49 (+20%) and seven tenths of a rating point in adults 25-54 (+18%).

HAWAII FIVE-0, the number one freshman series of the season, is averaging an additional +3.18 million viewers while THE MENTALIST is averaging an additional +3.15 million more viewers.

Overall, CBS has eight of the Top 15 most played back programs among viewers, more than the other networks combined.
